Domestic Shipping – Australia
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING when you spend over $99 within Australia ! Orders under $99 are a flat rate charge of $10.00 or Express $12 shipping within Australia.
If you need something URGENT please email us so we can accommodate and help get your parcel to you prior to the date you need.
Please allow 1-2 Business days for your item to be processed. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND POSTING TO WORK ADDRESSES THEY BECOME LOST EASILY AS THEY CAN BE DELIVERED TO ANYONE AT THE ADDRESS OR VIA LETTERBOXES .
- We use a Combination of Fastway/ARAMEX and AUST POST .
- Please Note all Delivery Time Frames quoted are Approx and can sometimes take longer.

- Once Shipped your order will usually take Approx 1-4 Business days if you are in a Metro area in Australia to us .
- If you are in a more rural area and state from us (SA, WA, QLD and TAS) it will take a little bit longer and is Approx 4-10 business days once shipped depending on your area.

- Once Shipped your order will usually take Approx 1-2 Business days if you are in a Metro area in Australia to us .

- If your address is not entered correctly at checkout , Little Loco will not be held responsible for missing parcels. If they become Return To Sender , shipping will need to be paid again to re-ship your parcel out.
Once an order is placed items can not be added afterwards a seperate order will need to be placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
PLEASE NOTE that International parcels are currently experiencing significant delays with transit times currently this includes Regular Post and Express Post . This will depend on country to country . Parcels are being affected by the shortage of planes available to ship parcels . Please email us if you need your parcel Urgently and we can try and help organise during the pandemic. At the moment Regular Post is taking approx 3-4 weeks and Express is taking 1-2 weeks . These are Approx wait times only sometimes can be lengthy wait times of up to Approx 10 weeks depending on country sometimes longer . Orders will NOT be Refunded when your parcel is in transit and you will still receive your parcel.
Please use your Australia Post tracking number on your Main Postal Delivery Service tracking website , for updated scans within your own country.

- We use Australia Post for International Orders and this is a NO SIGNATURE business day delivery service once it reaches your country it will be handed to your main local post service provider using the same Australia Post Tracking Number. The parcels will be left if no one is home in a safe location.

- Time Frames quoted are Approx Time Frames if you are slightly more rural area it may take a little longer.
- Please Note: Time Frames are Approx and if there are issues a at customs getting parcels into your country we unfortunately can never know that these delays will occur.

Website Purchase Information
- ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE REFUNDED OR CANCELLED. If the order has to be refunded we can do so but please note it will be minus our fees and charges. These charges are from our PayPal/Credit Card and Afterpay merchants that we are immediately charged once your order has been successful.
- Please Note Sale Prices and Discounts are only valid within the time frame we give for the Sale period . We do not provide sale prices if you have purchased outside this time period.
- Once an order is placed items can not be added afterwards a seperate order will need to be placed. Please Note we ship our orders out quickly and promptly .
- Please make sure you order the correct item and sizes the you place your order as the warehouse team pick and pack very promptly to ensure fast delivery times.
- Please note that we do our best to display the true colour of the garment however colours may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor/device and lighting of images. We do not consider this a fault if the colour is different. Please contact us prior if you need help with colours .
- Size Charts are All APPROXIMATE Only and measurements will sometimes vary from guide listed on the website . They are helpful guide only and does not deem the products faulty or sized incorrectly if measurements differ.
- Please see our Returns Information if you need to change sizes.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your parcel if the item is Faulty so we can organise a replacement for you.
We Do Not Offer Refunds. Refunds will not be given for change of mind (change of mind includes size, colour, style etc.. ) We will issue a Store Credit upon arrival of your Return Parcel. Please see below for instructions. Your Parcel will also have these details on your Thank You Card.
- Shipping Costs to be covered by the customer. (We do not supply return labels)
- Store Credit will be issued once items arrive back. (Refunds are Not Available)
- We recommend using your store credit to purchase your new size. Unfortunately due to our fast stock turnover we are unable to hold sizes.
- Please provide Order Name, Order Email or Order Number in your parcel for reference .
- Items must be returned to us within 2 weeks of receiving parcel, 4 weeks for International purchases.
- Items must be returned in Original Condition, unworn and tags attached.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for store credit to be processed once you parcel has arrived back. Please keep your tracking number provided by your post office .
- The Return Address is located on the back of your Return /Thank You Card in your parcel.
